2. Listings and Content Submission

2.1. Business Listings

Businesses listed in our directory must comply with applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your listing. We reserve the right to remove or modify any listing that we determine violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate.

2.2. User Content

By submitting content to the Service (such as reviews, comments or business details), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display and modify that content for the purpose of providing the Service.

2.3. Listing Approval

We reserve the right to review and approve or reject any business listing. We are not obligated to provide reasons for the rejection of a listing. You may request a revision or reconsideration, but we retain final authority.

3. Payment and Fees

3.1. Subscription and Advertisement Plans

We offer various subscription and advertisement levels that provide access to different features of the Service. You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your chosen subscription or advertisement plan.

3.2. Payment Processing

Payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g., RazorPay, credit card processors). We do not store your payment information and you are responsible for any fees or penalties associated with failed transactions.

3.3. Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for details regarding refunds for subscriptions, listings, and other services.

4. Termination

4.1. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time, but any prepaid fees will not be refunded.

4.2. Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account, you will lose access to all premium features. Business listings associated with your account may be removed or suspended at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. Ownership

All content, design elements and functionality of the Service are the intellectual property of Your Facilities Management Marketplace. You may not copy, distribute, or otherwise exploit any part of the Service without our express written permission.

5.2. Trademarks

The Your Facilities Management Marketplace name and logo are trademarks of the company Bhawish Technologies Private Limited. You may not use them without our express permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. No Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy of business listings, nor do we guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

6.2. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or business.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
