Refunds are not available for subscription-based services once payment has been processed. This includes monthly and annual plans.
Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, users will retain access to their subscription features until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be given for unused time.
You may upgrade your subscription at any time to a higher tier by paying the price difference between your current plan and the new one. If you upgrade, the new plan will take effect immediately and any unused time on your current plan will be prorated toward the new tier. Refunds will not be provided for the previous lower-tier subscription. Downgrades to a lower subscription tier will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds will not be given for downgrades during the active subscription period.
For one-time advertisement or listing fees or featured listings, refunds are not offered after the service has been provided, i.e., once the listing has been published. However, if the listing is not approved or published due to an error on our part, you may be eligible for a refund.
If a payment is disputed through a payment processor (e.g., RazorPay or credit card provider), we will investigate the matter. If a refund is found to be appropriate, we will issue one.
In exceptional cases, such as a technical failure on our side that significantly impacts the service for a prolonged period, you may contact our support team.
