PSYLLIUM SEEDS

PSYLLIUM SEEDS

Psyllium Seeds are the whole seeds harvested from the Plantago Ovata plant. They are known for their outer mucilage layer, which forms Psyllium Husk upon processing.

These seeds are widely used in health supplements due to their high dietary fiber content, which helps support digestion and maintain regular bowel movements. Psyllium seeds are also used in detoxification, weight management, and cholesterol regulation, making them a versatile ingredient in the health and wellness industry.
